- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
- Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.
- When possible goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, unsoiled, shrink-wrapped with labels intact and in re-saleable condition.
- Bulk orders are non-returnable.
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
- PriceMasters101 will make a charge for damaged or missing items.
- If your return is shipped after the window of time indicated above or without a packing slip, we will be unable to issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
- All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery unless our staff indicates otherwise.
Exchanges:
If we make a mistake and send you a wrong item, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date that you received your order with the original delivery slip and we will send the correct one back to you.

- Promotion and best value products
- Products that were purchased in bulk
- Items returned with missing parts
