In accessing any area of PriceMasters101, you consent to respect and are legally bound to the terms set forth below. Your agreements for purchases made through this web site are with PriceMasters101. If you do not agree with and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not use this web site. PriceMasters101 reserves the right to occasionally change this agreement completely or partially, at our sole discretion, and to provide you with notice of such change by a reasonable mean.

You agree to communicate with us electronically. You agree that e-mail can be used as a primary means of communication. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting information on this site. You agree that all notices, disclosures, contracts, and other types of communication provided by us electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would meet in writing.

PriceMasters101 sells beauty care products to adults with the ability to purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use PriceMasters101 only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

PriceMasters101 controls and operates from its offices located in Florida, U.S.A., and is only subject to the laws or jurisdiction of the United States of America. All products sold in PriceMasters101 are made in the US and will be shipped from Florida, U.S.A. PriceMasters101 gives no guarantee that any of the products it makes available are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access PriceMasters101 from other locations can do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations when applicable.
Use of Site:
PriceMasters101 aims to be a shopping resource. PriceMasters101 has no other purpose. Any other use of PriceMasters101 includes, but not limited to, reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, or any alterations, distribution or republication, without the prior written permission of PriceMasters101 is strictly prohibited.
Orders:
You accept that all the information you provide to PriceMasters101 is correct. Credit and Debit cards are charged before PriceMasters101 ships any items. You assert that you have the legal right to use the method of payment you used to purchase products sold on PriceMasters101. If you wish to purchase any product you may be asked to provide certain personal information including but not limited to:
· Your credit card number
· Your credit card verification or other security code
· The expiration date of your credit card
· Your billing address
· Your shipping information
Each purchase made will be considered performed in the United States. U.S. law will govern every aspect of each purchase contractual agreement made from this website. Unless and until PriceMasters101 confirms acceptance of your order, no agreement for the sale of any item will exist between you and PriceMasters101. We will only provide confirmation after receiving full payment for all the items ordered. Confirmation consists of PriceMasters101 accepting your offer to buy items from PriceMasters101. The confirmation you receive will include all relevant legal information relating to your agreement. Immediately after receiving this confirmation, please make sure all details of your order are correct and print out a copy for your records. PriceMasters101 aims to arrange shipment of all in-stock items from an order within 2 business days of receiving payment for such order. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. We will not address any delivery inquiries before this time has elapsed. Your order may be delayed or cancelled if the item is not in stock.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you within 10 business days of your order. At this point you may cancel your order by emailing us at sales@pricemasters101.com. We recommend you check your order carefully upon arrival and inform us immediately if any part of your order is not as it should be.

PriceMasters101 will not share your personal or credit or debit card details with any third party. You undertake that the credit or debit card you are using belongs to you and that there are enough funds in it to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. For your security and ours, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All prices are shown in U.S. currency and processed in the same. We accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. or Canadian bank. Purchases made with a payment method that is drawn on a Canadian bank will be subject to applicable currency exchange rates.
Unregistered Debit Cards or Pre-paid Credit Cards will not be accepted.
Promotions:
Any promotions made available through PriceMasters101 will be governed by specific rules that are different from the terms and conditions set forth herein. By taking part in any of our promotions, you agree to become subject to those specific rules.
Delivery:
All items purchased on PriceMasters101 will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS and their delivery can be tracked. The place of delivery will be the address entered by the customers on their order forms at the time of ordering. You are responsible for immediately informing PriceMasters101 of any changes that need to be made to the information you provide with your order. If your order is returned to us as a result of you having provided inaccurate address information, we will charge you to have it redelivered to you. If we have attempted to deliver your goods by courier and the goods are returned to us because you did not pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by UPS we will still charge you the costs of sending these goods out to you and will charge you to have it redelivered to you. We cannot be held responsible if FedEx does not inform you of an attempted delivery.
In the rare occasion that your goods get lost or damaged in transit, we will either refund or replace the items you ordered as soon as we complete an investigation. This may take up to 21 working days. If the delivery address is outside of the United States, the customer will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches the country of destination. Any such additional costs for customs clearance must be covered by the customer. The customer agrees that he or she will comply with all the relevant laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Please keep in mind that any delivery periods stated are estimates.
Shipping Limitations:
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. All purchases made at PriceMasters101 are made in agreement with a shipment contract.
Please Note:
Promotions will be applied automatically; no coupon or promotion code is needed.
Free Shipping and Flat Rate do not include International Shipping.
We deliver via FedEx Ground™ service or a comparable delivery service.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes
Undeliverable Package:
When we receive orders returned to us with an erroneous address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient, we will contact the customer to clarify delivery information previously provided by them or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may opt to issue a refund. If the customer wants the order to be reshipped, we will resend but charge the customer the shipping fees. A 10% restocking fee of the total product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund.
Returns:
Please refer to your packing slip for detailed return instructions.
· You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
· Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.
· When possible goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, unsoiled, shrink-wrapped with labels intact and in re-saleable condition.
· Bulk orders are non-returnable.
· Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
· PriceMasters101 will make a charge for damaged or missing items.
If your return is shipped after the window of time indicated above or without a packing slip, we will be unable to issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you. All returned items should be sent insured via recorded delivery unless our staff indicates otherwise.
Exchanges:
If we make a mistake and send you a wrong item, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date that you received your order with the original delivery slip and we will send the correct one back to you. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unsoiled, with labels intact and in re-saleable condition. Please contact PriceMasters101 for return order procedures before sending the product back. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. The customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds:
We will refund the value of the products if necessary.
You will only be refunded if:
· We delivered the wrong item to you
· The item is faulty
· If we are unable to replace an item requested to be exchanged
· In the event that the customer changes his or her mind about their purchase, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
· Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. We will only refund the credit back to the account used for the original purchase.
· We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
· If you refuse your package, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Promotion and best value products
Products that were purchased in bulk
Items returned with missing parts
When possible goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, unsoiled, shrink-wrapped with labels intact and in re-saleable condition. We will confirm to you via email when we receive your returned item, at that moment we will process your refund, this will take up to 5 business days to reflect on your credit card, and up to 14 business days to get to you by check.

Products Descriptions:
All elements, content, specifications, descriptions, products and prices of products presented on PriceMasters101 are subject to change at any time without notice.
PriceMasters101 makes all reasonable efforts to truthfully present the attributes of its products, but we can´t ensure that your computer will display our images and descriptions accurately.
The inclusion of any products or services on this PriceMasters101 at a particular time does not suggest or warrant that these products will always be available.
Certain descriptions (such as weight) are estimates and are only provided for convenience purposes.
Product Availability:
PriceMasters101 reserves the right – with or without prior notice:

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, these Conditions of Use and our policies, at any time. If any of these Conditions are deemed null and void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and operable to the extent permitted under the law, and will not affect the legitimacy and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Important:
It is a crime to use a false name or pretend to be somebody else. It is a crime to provide an invalid credit card to order. Every order is checked with the card issuer to make certain that the details provided match with those on the card issuer’s database. PriceMasters101 will take legal action against anyone caught intentionally entering an erroneous or fictitious order. All cases of fraud and attempted fraud are immediately reported to the appropriate authorities for investigation. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions please do not proceed with a purchase.
Governing:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. without giving effect to its conflicts of laws and principles. You agree that any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement will only be brought to courts located in the State of Florida, U.S.A. You hereby consent and submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such claim.

PriceMasters101’s design and all content displayed on it or that can be downloaded from PriceMasters101 is exclusive property of PriceMasters101 and are protected by U.S. and international copyright. They may not be used except as permitted with prior written permission of the owner of such material. All rights reserved. Any unauthorized use of any such information disregards U.S. and international copyright laws and is prohibited.
If you believe in good faith that materials available on PriceMasters101 infringe your copyright, you may request that we remove the materials or deny access to them. · You agree that any termination of your access to PriceMasters101 may take effect without prior notice.
· PriceMasters101 may immediately deactivate or delete any user name and password along with all related information and files associated with the terminated user account.
· PriceMasters101 may also block any further access to such information or files.
· You agree that PriceMasters101 is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to PriceMasters101 or to any such information or files.
· PriceMasters101 will be under no obligation to make such information or files available to you after any such termination.
User Feedback:
You agree that all ideas, comments, suggestions or other information that is provided to PriceMasters101 will be considered PriceMasters101 property, and may be used by PriceMasters101 on an unrestricted basis, without compensation to the feedback provider.
Fraud Prevention:
From time to time we receive orders that are suspicious in nature. If an order appears suspicious in nature, PriceMasters101 may contact you via e-mail to confirm information details about your account.
If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days of our e-mail request, your order will be cancelled.
PriceMasters101 reserves the right to cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent.
